Assessment and Treatment of Food Selectivity Live Course
Mondays at 2 PM EST with Dr. Holly Gover beginning March 16, 2026
Course Description
In this course, professionals will receive support from an FTF Senior Consultant as they design and implement an assessment and treatment process for one of their own clients/students who exhibit food selectivity. This approach is suitable for children with and without developmental disabilities, as well as for adolescents and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. It is intended for clients who have been medically cleared to receive behavioral intervention for food selectivity (there are no identifiable medical explanations for eating problems) and who are able to chew and swallow table-textured foods.
What to expect:
- Support from an FTF Senior Consultant to assess and treat food selectivity with your own client
- Live coaching, group discussion, and feedback on your client’s progress
- Must have a client who consents to sharing implementation videos in class
- Class lectures that assume prior experience with PFA and SBT
All classes take place via Zoom, and Dropbox will be used to share materials and progress.
