We’re expanding our learning offerings and moving to a more streamlined platform that allows On-Demand courses, live instruction, and virtual events to live in one place while improving the learner experience.

No. You will not lose access to courses you’re currently taking or those you’ve already completed. To access your previously purchased courses, click here.

For now, we’re keeping accounts separate to protect your progress. Migrating accounts at this stage could result in the loss of progress in courses that are currently in progress.

Yes, a new account is required for now.

We know this can feel inconvenient, and we want to reassure you that we’re planning to migrate all previously completed courses in the future. Any courses completed using the same email address will be moved into your new account when that process is complete.

At this time, migrating accounts could result in the loss of progress in courses that are currently in progress. To avoid that, we’re waiting until it’s safe to transfer completed courses without disrupting active learning.

If you are mid-course, you will continue to access that course on its current platform until completion.

Future courses will be accessed through the new platform.

Yes. Certificates for completed courses will remain accessible. You can view previously completed courses and their respective certificates here.

Course content remains grounded in the same values-driven, evidence-based practice FTF is known for. Some courses may receive updates or improved organization over time.

Most On-Demand courses are self-paced. However, access period varies by course and may be found on the registration form.
Live courses and events will have scheduled sessions, which will be clearly noted within the course curriculum.

No. You can purchase a course first. After checkout, you’ll be prompted to create your account and set a password.

First, check your spam or promotions folder. If you still don’t see it, contact the FTF On-Demand team using the form below and we’ll help you get access.

We recommend using one email address per learner. Creating multiple accounts can cause access or progress issues.

Make sure you’re logged in using the same email address you used at checkout. If you’re still missing a course, contact the FTF team using the contact form below.

You can view and download your certificates directly from your account.
