Certificates & CEUs

Certificates and CEUs are awarded only upon:

• Completion of all required modules

• Accurate entry of required identifying information

FTF reserves the right to withhold or revoke certificates if misuse or misrepresentation is identified.

Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is stated on the course sales page. Due to the digital nature of on-demand content, refunds are generally not available once access has begun, unless otherwise specified.
